Expectations |
- IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, PLEASE ASK ME. No question is a silly question when it concerns an assignment. Begin working on your assignment when it is given in class. This will permit you to see if you understand the assignment. If you need help outside of class, please see me. We will work out a time.
- I expect everyone in the class to be treated with the utmost respect. You are expected to show respect to the teacher and your fellow students. By doing so, you help create an atmosphere where everyone can learn.
- You are expected to bring all of your materials to class. Bathroom passes will be held to a minimum after instruction has been completed.
- You are expected to be in your assigned seat when the bell rings. If you are not, you will be counted tardy.
- If you must leave the classroom for any personal reason (locker, restroom, etc.), you will be given a tardy.
- You may chew gum in class as long as I do not see it or hear it. You may not eat candy or other food in the classroom. Also, you may not bring soda or other drinks into the classroom.
- You are expected to silence your cell phones. No texting or using your phone during class. If you are caught texting or using your phone, the phone will be taken and turned in to the office. You will receive a disciplinary referral.
- Cheating will not be tolerated. If you are caught, you will receive a zero for the assignment, quiz, or test involved. In addition, you may receive disciplinary action.
